Major Design Projects

From the uniform design sign-off to delivery of new uniform developments, our project management covers the requirements of raw materials, delivery time frames, size ranges, pre-production samples, stock management and pricing policies. A comprehensive project timeline is developed at the commencement of the design project outlining each activity and task, the responsible personnel and the required timeline for task completion.
